In mechanical production we are specialized in made-to-order production of technical and shoemaking moulds, moulds for swage forging, casting models, casting ingot-moulds for tyre industry, machinery parts (frontal cams, flanges, slot rings, etc.), for production preparation we use up-to-date technologies with CAD/CAE/CAM system Pro-Engineer.
We are making renewals of screws up to ř 250 mm in lengths up to 2000 mm. This renewal operation consists of applying an armoured layer onto the screw surface and of its grinding off to the original screw diameter. The hardness of the armoured layer is according to the demand of the customer, HRC = 57-64. The component part of this renewal operation is also the repairing of the screw core and the repolishing of the channel.
