The machine is intended for pouring PU compounds using two separately operated heads.

SA standard delivery consists of piston pumps with the dose extent 5 – 35 ml and with a fixed mixing ratio 100:25 (possibility of delivery with different parameters)

RThe machine frame is provided with traversing wheels and with adjusting screws. Component bins, dosing piston pumps, an electric switchboard and a revolving arm are located thereon. From the revolving arm, the material is fed through heated up hoses having the length of 5 m into the heads. The carrier of hoses and heads is not component part of the machine.

MANUAL OPERATION - The function of the heads is controlled from the switchboard panel
AUTOMATIC OPERATION - The function is controlled by means of external in and outlets.

 Pressure component bins

• one-jacket, galvanized
• polyol 120 litres, isocyanate 60 litres, rinsing agent 22 litres

• flow filters for intercepting impurities behind the outlet cocks

• the mixing operation is ensured by a lamella agitator driven by a pneumatically operated motor
• agitator revolutions metering by means of an induction scanner
• inlet for liquid rinsing and for dry compressed air blowing through
• two separately operated heads

DComponent dosing pumps

• twin plunger pumps with pneumatic drive
• one pump for each head
• electronic metering of the stroke length
• before entering the pump, the components are filtered
• firmly set ratio (according to the pumps delivered)
• checking of the pumps function through the components off-take on the pump outlet.

Control panel

• control of the electric motor of the polyol bin agitator
• switching on/off of the pneumatic motors of the mixing heads
• control of spray-off, pouring, rinsing and blowing through for each head
• switching over of automatic and manual machine operation
• regulation and display of the hose temperature
• display of the component levels height
• LCD touch-sensitive display screen for setting, control and monitoring of the machine state

• setting of the required pouring dose for each head (ml)
• counters of operating hours
• setting of speeds and times of the agitator runing cycling in the polyol bin
• reporting „WASHING NEEDED“,when material remains for a longer time in the head than set
• possibility of avoiding changes of important technological parameters using a password
• operating reports (drop and minimum of levels, drop of compressed air...)
• fault reports (fault of circuit breaker, converter...)
